Short descriptionThe castle (also called Sukoslav) was built in the beginning of the 14th century on the place of a former Slavic castle site by the Lords from Osek. Conquered by Jakoubek from Vřesovice in 1434. Desolate since the end of the 16th century. One of the more important owners were Berkové from Dubá.
Interesting detailA broad castle complex consisting of trapezoidal ground plan, (entrance hall covered by a cylindrical tower), and an inner castle. There are only a few parts preserved from the inner castle - peripheral castle walls, parkan and the great corner tower with tribune.
