| Short description | Originally a castle site, Gothic keep already in 1128. Rebuilt several times after fires in 1370 and 1444. Renaissance rebuilt in the 16th century and into Supreme Baroque castle in the following century, modified in Classicist style later. Barracks since the 30s of the 20th century. Nowadays in gradual reconstruction. |

Also opened are former chapel and Early Baroque Rose garden with garden estates (sala Terrena, gloriet, sculptures). Two exhibitions newly opened - "Unity of Variation" - SOU Ruská students photographies, photography branch and exhbibition on Ing. Arch. V. Stránský towards the castle reconstruction. |
| Interesting detail | So called Long Ride, the driveway is 299 metres long, surrounded with blank arcades and two gates. F. Ferdinand d'Este's children lived here after the Sarajevo assault. Middle Age town, the ancestor off todays town, archeologically found under the castle. |
